I brought my 4 month old pitbull Kovach here after taking over care of him from a situation. I have a high strung german shepherd that goes to another facility and leave there scratched bruised and overwhelmed everytime (partially because of his crazy personality) but I've been conaidering switching him over to goffstown. This was the easiest appoitment Ive ever had I've had dogs and cats all my life. I just love this place!! Everyone is so great and they really explain things so I can understand. Thank you Dr.Scott and all the wonderful staff for taking such great care of Chloe and bluegrass. I can’t imagine bringing my cats anywhere else
We had to put our 20 year old cat to sleep two weeks ago. We were all crying so hard and the staff was very kind and caring towards us. They explained everything they were going to do and even though they didn’t know our cat (first visit) they were very loving towards Spook. We stayed in the room the entire time and were allowed as much time as we needed with her. The vet also gave us a lock of Spook’s fur. We received a sympathy card and were told how sorry they were.
I switched to Goffstown from Nashua over 5 years ago, let me tell you they're worth the drive. I travel from Nashua to them because they care about your pets and work with you determine the best care possible. I love Dr. Dekavis personally, but all the front desk staff are great and all the technicians I've experienced as well.
The staff is wonderful and very caring and sensitive to both our pets and their humans. Thanks to all for being so nice.
Went today and had an amazing experience. We have a very aggressive cat and they did such a great job! So impressed and happy!
