Chris K. We have had 3 vehicles fixed at Goff's in the last 2 years. Most recently they fixed our son's Ford Taurus. This is a company that truly understands the meaning of customer service. They go above and beyond every time we walk in the door. Our repair bill was over $8,000 and you would never know the vehicle was in an accident.
Goff's Auto Body is TOP NOTCH with FIRST CLASS SERVICE I just showed up for an estimate and they took care of me immediately. When I was talking w insurance they needed photos of the damaged area and fortunately, the estimator had taken many. Goff's also talked directly with the agent, handling questions they had, and even setting up the rental car. Gotta go to Goff's :) I received fantastic customer service from staff that truly wanted to see me walk away happy. Good business practices from straight shooters. I 100% would go there again if I ever have the need and would recommend them to anyone that wants fair, fast and friendly service.
Couldn't have asked for more! I was driving back to Las Vegas from my Mother's home in Nebraska when I encountered a less than accomplished driver on Interstate 70. The damage was significant and I could not drive the car further. If anything was fortunate it was that I crashed in an area near L & H Autobody. They were extremely helpful, finding me accomodations, moving my auto repair to the front of the line and assisting me with my insurance company and rental car. Do not recommend Went to go pick up my car and they did not sand the inside of the wheel well. It looked like a 5 year old put putty on it and left it. They "fixed" it but I can't help but wonder if it would look better if I took it to a good body shop. Also, after I went there and didn't pick up the car because it looked so bad I expected the manager might call. Nope. My car is 5 months old. good work I gave them a 3 star due to the fact that I had a weld break away and mess the paint up. I had a jeep that they fixed. It had hard doors. The door had to be welded back together after someone tried to break into it. Well after about a week of driving around. The paint started to flake off. I looked at the weld, and it had came apart. This was the only bad thing that they have done. I take my cars to other body shops now. They did good work in the past, it was just that one time.
A++ Just like their Festus counter- part, this is a great place. Great people, great work. Redfield's is really the place to go for auto work after a wreck or anything that causes needed body work.
HORRIBLE - DON'T GO! I had my car fixed there a few months ago and I swear it was by far the worst experience ever with a repair shop. They NEVER called me to give me a status of my car. They NEVER called me back when I would leave messages or they would tell me they would. I got my car back 2 weeks after the day they promised it. Don't take your car there.
Never Deal with them!!! They fixed my bumper over a year ago and now it is falling apart. I came back to them since they give a warranty on their products and it has been a month and nothing is done. They were making excuses, then it took them 3 weeks to order parts from the same state and in the end they ordered wrong parts using VIN Number. The person in charge is Tom and that is who I was dealing directly with. He is also rude and unprofessional. They do not care about customers.
