Auto Repair I had a minor bent in my bumper and they looked at it right away. They told me no big deal and fixed it right on the spot. The best thing is they told me it would be no charge. I've used them since.
Chris K. We have had 3 vehicles fixed at Goff's in the last 2 years. Most recently they fixed our son's Ford Taurus. This is a company that truly understands the meaning of customer service. They go above and beyond every time we walk in the door. Our repair bill was over $8,000 and you would never know the vehicle was in an accident.
Aaron Weaver I was extremely dissatisfied, and nobody at Goff's seemed to care. My insurance is through State Farm. I've been with them for 22 years. State Farm is a great company, Goff's is not. Front end damage on the van was over 4,000. After 3 weeks we had trouble with the heat, the vehicle lost power and was unusable. They picked it up, told me the water pump wasn't working and the serpintine belt was broke. They told me it wasn't their fault, even though it was in the front of the vehicle. Goff's Auto Body is TOP NOTCH with FIRST CLASS SERVICE I just showed up for an estimate and they took care of me immediately. When I was talking w insurance they needed photos of the damaged area and fortunately, the estimator had taken many. Goff's also talked directly with the agent, handling questions they had, and even setting up the rental car. I drive a luxury vehicle, usually receiving great customer service, but this was the best attention to detail I've seen. This started as a frustrating experience, with damage bei... read more
Gotta go to Goff's :) I received fantastic customer service from staff that truly wanted to see me walk away happy. Good business practices from straight shooters. I 100% would go there again if I ever have the need and would recommend them to anyone that wants fair, fast and friendly service.
