Had an issue with replacing my license plate and they helped with no appointment immediately and fixed it free of charge. Great place of business.
Unfortunately, I’ve been to the Caliber on Sunnyslope in New Berlin a few times over the past 5 years, and their work is always impeccable. From Missy at the front desk, who is the sweetest and most personable, to Nuri who walks you through the process, and the reliable workers that do such a great job! I will never go anywhere else. Fantastic experience working with them to fix my car after a snow storm accident! I was very appreciative of their frequent communication on the repair process. I heard from them more than I did my own insurance company. Everyone I spoke/worked with the get my car repaired was very warm and friendly. I would certainly bring my vehicles to this location in the future if I ever need it!
We worked with Andreas to have our stolen Honda Civic Hybrid repaired, and we had a 100% positive experience the whole way through the process. Highly recommend with no reservations!
