It seemed our tiny bathroom was an inconvenience for Nathan, which is why it is unclear as to why he accepted the job. We had all the material ready, which was also an annoyance to him since he tried to upsell us several times. The communication and follow-up was extremely lacking. He asked us to text or email, yet many questions were left unanswered or vague responses were provided. We asked questions during the job and he seemed dismissive and disrespectful. My house looks wonderful. Goff Renovations did a major job lifting our ceilings and remodeling two bathrooms and remodeling our kitchen. We are happy with the end results.
We underwent a kitchen renovation that "morphed" into a whole house remodel. Nathan was phenomenal throughout the entire process. His attention to detail was outstanding. He was very conscientious of our budget and needs and was able to meet both. We would enthusiastically recommend Goff Renovations!
Nathan and his team of first rate subcontractors are amazing to work with. This a group of timely, professional, highly skilled, honest and nice people. I've been thoroughly impressed with all of the contractors on Nathan's team and Nathan is excellent in his ability to assess project needs, put a plan in action and coordinate all aspects of the work. I can't say enough, I've been consistently beyond impressed.
Nathan and his team have carried out multiple projects in my current home and my previous home. In this day and age it just plain refreshing to get an honest quote and have the work carried out with no fuss, and no sacrifice in quality. The work i have had done include, recessed lighting, kitchen ceiling remodel and crown moulding, new windows and doors, re framing, texturing, rear deck, sun room add-on, fire place remodel. Nathan helped with removing a load bearing wall in our living room......his team was great and Nathan was able to provide referrals to other industry professionals to complete our living room remodel (which included an AV guy). He worked efficiently, cleanly, on time and within budget.
He is through, reliable, and honest. He finished the work in a reasonable time frame and communicated well with updates. He shared his opinions with me in regard to material selection and took me shopping at his preferred stores. His rates were fair; not cheap but not outrageous. His subcontractors and other workers did quality work and had good character (trustworthy in my home). I highly recommend this contractor.
