I hired this contractor twice: once in 2007-02 when my mother came to live with me, a second time, after my mother's passing, to remodel the kitchen and dining area. I was very satisfied with his performance on both occasions. In the first addition he expanded a rear bedroom and added a bathroom and sitting area to the rear of my home. Cary and his team deserve high accolades for their standards and quality of work. The bid for the entire house remodel was very realistic including the allowances for quality cabinetry and fixtures. Cary was very patient and helpful with my additional scopes and changes and still completed within our timeframe. The project was executed superbly and without taking any shortcuts. Another crucial element were his subcontractors who were top notch. Highly recommend Goff Development.

Cary took on a very difficult fire rebuild project and took care of everything. He was at the project site every day until it was completed. Among one of the things he found were mistakes in the plans and got the structural engineers to fix them. I highly recommend him for any project you have.
