I’ve been a patient of Jacinta’s for about five years. Met her in the hospital after trying to kill myself because of rape ptsd and schizophrenia, and followed up with her after. She has taken me under her wing through this journey. She actually cares about her patients. She’s stayed with me through thick and thin. She encourages me to better myself. Last year I went almost 11 months without alcohol before I slipped up but back on the wagon again. I quit smoking weed before work. With Jacinta, anything is possible.
Ms Jacinta is an AMAZING person, very polite, patient and ready to listen to all you have to tell her. She makes you feel comfortable. I will recommend her to anyone needing the services she provides. Front desk is also nice as well.
Dr. JC is a wonderful PMHNP-BC. She’s very knowledgeable, warm, and kind. She really cares about her patients and has a great rapport with them. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a therapist.
Dr. Jacinta is a dedicated, passionate, professional and knowledgeable PMHNP. She takes the time to listen and asses needs to make the best clinical decision. She is one of the best instructors that I truly admire. Thank you for all you help.
My provider is great, but the front desk and practice's ability to correctly fill medication or answer questions without having to jump through a bunch of hoops? Not so much. I sincerely recommend you figure something out with your provider to be able to message them directly first thing, because I spent about 20 minutes on the phone with the women who runs the front desk yesterday asking her how I can message my provider: she signed me up for the practice's tebra portal, then turned around and informed me it's mostly unmoni... read more
