We love our Goetzmann Home! We were in the process of moving to Grand Junction last summer and had started looking at homes to purchase. We have built before so we were willing to look at newly built homes. Having been through the process before a few times we had several items on our list that we were looking for in our home. I highly recommend Chris and crew in Grand Junction. From the time we met about 5 years ago or so until today he has done tremendous work for me including fixing and building fences, electrical, completing 2 rooms with damaged ceilings from roof issues including dry wall, electrical, painting, in wall and ceiling speakers and new carpeting. He has spent countless hours problem solving building a deck 2 floors up on one of my rentals to tearing a gazebo and wisteria away from the roof and siding.
