We recently purchased a Goetzmann Home in the Redlands 360 development. We took our time interviewing several builders and looking at numerous lots and developments. After plenty of research and discussion we chose to go with Goetzmann. From the time we signed papers and paid our deposit, it took Phil and his team only 6 months and a few days to deliver an awesome house! Great builder!!! We’re extremely happy with our newly built Goetzman home in Redlands 360. The construction quality, design of the space and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. We love our Goetzmann Home! We were in the process of moving to Grand Junction last summer and had started looking at homes to purchase. We have built before so we were willing to look at newly built homes. Having been through the process before a few times we had several items on our list that we were looking for in our home.
