From Day 1 walking the lot with Phil to working through the contract with Karen, the design with Kim, and the options with Heather, the Goetzmann team was first rate. When we closed (ON TIME), there was no punch list of remaining items to be completed. Our dream home was move in ready and move in PERFECT. In every dealing they were professional and responsive. We could not be happier with our Goetzmann home.
Great home. If any home on the Parade of Homes this one is the one you need to see. Great open area, lots of light. Great Feng Shui.
