Updated to new rent processing system 2 days before rent was due, system has errors in which tenants are being charged for maintenance that should be on the property owner. New system doesn’t have a way to make payments to only rent portion and instead applies payments to “total balance.” I was charge a $155 maintenance visit the day before rent was due and after the office had already closed for the weekend, there is no one available to rectify. Double check your billing.

They are the worst property management company I’ve ever dealt with. Called several times last year asking for our representative to return my call, no call back. Called several times this year, same result. No call back. No action on service requests.

Terrible service, terrible accounting, and good luck getting them to answer the phone in your local office if you're a resident! If there was a zero star option it would be the option I picked.

Lived there for 25 years.what do u think. Onlyding the minimum under bidding the gardening contract, lot's off stories over charged me 509$ every month
