Tyler and his crew did a great job today!!! My husband was doing work from home today & the guys were respectful of that. Tyler was very knowledgeable & answered all our questions.
I highly recommend this company. They scheduled my appointment for the next day. They kept me informed the whole day via text messages to let me know when the technician would be arriving. The technician (Rafael) showed up on time and was very professional and friendly. After some quick diagnostics and troubleshooting, he found a separation in the duct work under the house, and made the repairs. I was extremely satisfied with the service I received by Jaxon Pratt this morning. He called about 15-20 minutes in advance to confirm he was enroute for the scheduled appointment. I believe he arrived even before then, which was before the 8 AM appointment. I was on a business call when he arrived, so I asked him to begin his inspection process. I was fortunate to have Trevor lay who has 24 years experience. He was nice, professional, and took time to explain exactly what I have and how it worked. I even joined him up in the attic to see the system up there, which doesn’t make any sense to me. I worked with Ella to set my appointment. Once we figured out if it was going to be a morning or an afternoon time, it was great. One thing I would say is that they do need to give people a AM or a p.m. time. Troy Teeters came and serviced my gas furnace today and did a great job. He was very personable and easy to talk to. After troubleshooting the furnace he explained all of my options including some maintenance items, which I declined without any pressure (much appreciated). Once we decided on the repair, he got everything fixed quickly and professionally. I have heat again! Overall, excellent service. Thanks Troy!
