Our air conditioning, having abruptly stopped working, and having had no prior experience with HVAC companies, I could only read the various reviews, take my best shot & contact Goettl's High Desert Mechanical. I was subsequently advised that my technician would be Fernando Vasquez, given his background, and advised when he would arrive. Just had Troy and Justin at our home to complete our annual inspection for our A/C and heating system. They did an outstanding job and showed tremendous discipline working well past quiting time to test and inspect all aspects of the system. Goettl's High Desert Mechanical overall is fantastic. Communication was excellent and we always knew what was going on. I'm extremely pleased with the whole process and am confident to use them in the future.

Fernando was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable & professional. He looked at our AC/Heat Pump system & duct work thoroughly. He found the problem; which wasn’t isolated @ last year’s inspection? We’re so grateful he was assigned for our inspection! He’s a skilled technician who knows much and he educated us as he worked; showing all readings, Etc. I was fortunate to have Trevor lay who has 24 years experience. He was nice, professional, and took time to explain exactly what I have and how it worked. I even joined him up in the attic to see the system up there, which doesn’t make any sense to me. I worked with Ella to set my appointment. Once we figured out if it was going to be a morning or an afternoon time, it was great. One thing I would say is that they do need to give people a AM or a p.m. time. Tyler and his crew did a great job today!!! My husband was doing work from home today & the guys were respectful of that. Tyler was very knowledgeable & answered all our questions.
