I was fortunate to have Trevor lay who has 24 years experience. He was nice, professional, and took time to explain exactly what I have and how it worked. I even joined him up in the attic to see the system up there, which doesn’t make any sense to me. I worked with Ella to set my appointment. Once we figured out if it was going to be a morning or an afternoon time, it was great. One thing I would say is that they do need to give people a AM or a p.m. time. David came to our home to fix and upgrade the tub/shower combo and make it workable. He had to install a new line , new faucet and spout. He took away the old hot/cold handle and shower knob. He put on a new cover plate to cover the holes left from the removal of the old handles. David demonstrated the ability to complete the plumbing task in a reasonable time frame. He exhibited the understanding and knowledge to complete the job. We are very pleased with the outcome and happy that we can use this bathroom.

Peter diagnosed our problem quickly, and replaced our hot water circulation pump. His work was clean and efficient and had the problem repaired in less than an hour. Peter was very professional and his workmanship was high quality. Would definitely ask for him again for help.

I appreciated the picture notification of the technician Rafael - so that I would know who was providing the service. Rafael was super nice, polite and efficient. He went over in detail the issue with the HVAC unit and what needed to be done, to get us back in service. He took the time to discuss the options with me and my brother who lives out of town, so that we could make an informed decision. This was a great experience in a trying time. We appreciate the quality of service.

Brandon did an exceptional job for me this week! I had a sink that developed a leak seemingly overnight. Brandon was courteous, friendly, and VERY professional. He arrived when I had been told he was going to be here. He came prepared and was able to complete a rebuild in record time! I thought it was going to be hours, but he was efficient!
