Our air conditioning, having abruptly stopped working, and having had no prior experience with HVAC companies, I could only read the various reviews, take my best shot & contact Goettl's High Desert Mechanical. I was subsequently advised that my technician would be Fernando Vasquez, given his background, and advised when he would arrive. I was fortunate to have Trevor lay who has 24 years experience. He was nice, professional, and took time to explain exactly what I have and how it worked. I even joined him up in the attic to see the system up there, which doesn’t make any sense to me. I worked with Ella to set my appointment. Once we figured out if it was going to be a morning or an afternoon time, it was great. One thing I would say is that they do need to give people a AM or a p.m. time. I have had the pleasure of using Goettl Camp Verde over the years for HVAC repairs and installations and find them continually improving in service and professionalism. Their latest repair this last week was no exception - highly recommend.
I was extremely satisfied with the service I received by Jaxon Pratt this morning. He called about 15-20 minutes in advance to confirm he was enroute for the scheduled appointment. I believe he arrived even before then, which was before the 8 AM appointment. I was on a business call when he arrived, so I asked him to begin his inspection process.
