Our technician , Rafael Castro came in the winter to service our furnace and came today to service our A/C unit. Because he recommended we purchase the $8.99 a month service plan our checkup was free. Rafael is the nicest tech I’ve met. He’s professional , on time and couldn’t be more friendly. Goettle’s High Desert installed our heating/AC system 8 years ago and we’ve been so happy with our purchase. Only one repair last year since we’ve had it. We hope it will run efficiently for years to come.
I was fortunate to have Trevor lay who has 24 years experience. He was nice, professional, and took time to explain exactly what I have and how it worked. I even joined him up in the attic to see the system up there, which doesn’t make any sense to me. I worked with Ella to set my appointment. David arrived on time . Got right to work after explaining what he was going to do. Took pictures and explaining what we had to do to repair the damages what we needed to to to have the replacement of the parts and labor per the warranty . .installed the freon to keep us working until the parts arrive. Tyler and his crew did a great job today!!! My husband was doing work from home today & the guys were respectful of that. Tyler was very knowledgeable & answered all our questions.
I have had the pleasure of using Goettl Camp Verde over the years for HVAC repairs and installations and find them continually improving in service and professionalism. Their latest repair this last week was no exception - highly recommend.
