i was working my side gig, on my days off i work for VIPONDS NORTHERN LIGHTS MOVING out of Alex. Cheapest , and best option around, and by far. this particular day, and place was as a result of my being there moving a very nice lady in. ive seen alot of apartments through work, and i would say these are above average for sure.
Bad customer services
I seen this place and thought about moving in until I seen the garbage all over the place. Seen a certain group of people just throwing their trash on the ground. It was pretty disgusting. Showed me what the inside may look like. I passed on them until they can show that the upkeep is important

Lived here for 3 years without many issues. The staff where usually nice and for the price I feel like I got my money’s worth. The utilities where decent but nothing amazing (also utilities are included minus internet (spectrum)). Kitchen was rather big with places for bar stools on their 2 bedroom apartment. The garage was a great addition but never had an issue finding a space for the car the first year I was there.
