Slum lords. Todd and Laura ripped me off for my deposit. I contacted them to do a walk through when I gave them my 30 day notice. They never called, texted, emailed, or showed up. Now 30 days since I moved they say I still owe them beyond my deposit for none sense. It's not my fault your house has termites and black mold, that's the "animal smell" they can't get out the house. I discovered the termites and mold the week before I moved. Don't rent from these people.
