If there was a way to give this Slum Lord no stars , I would have. This man deserves for the Housing commission to investigate his practice of walking into tenants apartments without notice , then when confronted with the question of , "WHY DID YOU JUST WALK INTO MY APARTMENT WITH NO NOTICE"? His response was , "I am the owner of this apartment and I can do anything I want , and if you don't like it , then you can move out. Will somebody out there please lend him your lawyer.
