Outstanding! We had our diesel DEF system failing and would not regenerate. Coming from Elkhart Indiana and traveling to St. Louis area, we were in a major bind. I called three other dealers of which one was "short handed by two techs and could not help me", another said to stop in and we will see if we can get us "going down the road". We stopped in the second one only to be told that we are looking at two hours to diagnose the problem and then at minimum four hours to follow up with a repair. Called this morning, 08/04, for a rental. Originally reserved one with Enterprise but they cancelled last second. Called Goeckner to see if there were any availabilities and explain my situation but the receptionist cut me off. She said no rentals were available for any vehicle within the next 2 weeks, then hung up. Did not get to clarify what kind of vehicle or when the next available would be. Very unprofessional and disappointing, concerned they were recommended to me by a friend.
One of the best service department experiences I have ever had. Had a DEF injector trigger a derate on I-70, I called Goeckner service. They got me right in and had me back on the rd in 20 minutes!!!
