Owner doesn't want to get involved & help me find out what is wrong. poor customer relations! Had our septic pumped in May 2014 and septic isn't working correctly tp and poop spraying out of bathtubs when we do laundry; phoned this owner and he doesn't want to get involved and help me find out what is wrong with it. Very poor customer relations! said he may come out in a week and didn't return my initial phone call.
Goebel Septic Service Fantastic! These folks are prompt and very polite! Service was excellent! The young gentleman was knowledgeable, courteous, and answered my many questions without getting aggitated! Thank you for the great service!!
