Terrible with following through with maintenance requests.
After paying the 1000 dollar deposit they added another 100 dollars a month to the rent. They told me my options were to pay the additional 100 a month or forfeit the 1000 dollars. So after being pinned between a rock and a hard place we signed a lease. Anytime we had issues needing repaired we we're blown off. To top it all off they required 500,000 dollar renters insurance policy for a property that wasn't worth 80,000 on it's best day. Renters beware of these slum lord scam artists.
They've been very good to me and my roommate, always there when needed, anytime we had a problem they were immediately helpful and attentive. We have had no problems with Goebel Commercial Realty whatsoever. Our property manager Dedra has been absolutely wonderful in every aspect. Good job to you!
they treat tenants like they are only interested in their money. They use scare tactics, never maintain their properties, and generally behave snobbish when you try to talk to them. It's like even they know their properties are garbage and you must be dirt if you live in one of them. Example: the air vents in my property were blowing dirt and i took off one myself only to discover there is a 6 inch air gap between the pipe and the vent.
