Terrible with following through with maintenance requests.
After paying the 1000 dollar deposit they added another 100 dollars a month to the rent. They told me my options were to pay the additional 100 a month or forfeit the 1000 dollars. So after being pinned between a rock and a hard place we signed a lease. Anytime we had issues needing repaired we we're blown off. To top it all off they required 500,000 dollar renters insurance policy for a property that wasn't worth 80,000 on it's best day. Renters beware of these slum lord scam artists.
