Godwin's was founded in 1948 by brothers Gethin and George Godwin, they purchased a modest grocery store at the location of the State street Saginaw store. Over the years, the family watched Saginaw Township grow out and around the store. From this humble beginning evolved one of Michigan's largest furniture and mattress companies. Found a chair that matches our living room set perfectly! Staff was super friendly, but not overly pushy and helped my husband load it into our van.

First of all,Bonnie is a amazing sales lady ,But purchased a couch in September and had service out today ,she was nice ,but the couch is wearing terribly for the little use it has had and what do I get,more stuffing in the back ,now my couch cushions are uneven .i was going to purchase a $2000.00 matttess ,but since my month old couch can’t be replaced,I will shop elsewhere.I made a BBB complaint and it was just closed due to no response from Godwin’s ,that is very poor business and I will take my business elsewhere! ******... read more
Great Service! Great selection. Went to buy a Lazy Boy chair or some type of recliner! Purchased a Lazy Boy powered chair. This thing is awesome. Got a great deal with their Black Friday sale going on! Delivery guys were awesome!
