The King size mattress that I purchased was delivered with Twin size box springs. They're about 5 inches shorter than the mattress. I pointed it out to the delivery men and they did nothing to correct their mistake. I called the store and left a message for the salesman, who called back the next day and stated that that was what I ordered and he didn't understand what the problem was.
