Godwin's was founded in 1948 by brothers Gethin and George Godwin, they purchased a modest grocery store at the location of the State street Saginaw store. Over the years, the family watched Saginaw Township grow out and around the store. From this humble beginning evolved one of Michigan's largest furniture and mattress companies. Bonnie was amazing. She helped us choose our mattresses, coordinated delivery and put in extra time to wrap up all the loose ends. Very pleased
