I purchased a couple snow fountains from them back in April. I got them in the ground and cared for them appropriately only for them to never wake up. It looks like I ended up with a couple dead trees. I called to see about replacements and was told that since they are wholesale they don’t offer warranties. Seems kinda weird to not stand behind your product because you’re wholesale. Also prices weren’t great. If you’re reading this, I’d go somewhere else.
2 out of the 4 trees we bought did not bloom, and we are convinced they had been dead for a while (rotting found at top of tree). We called to see if they would make it right and got a very rude response. Prices were high to begin with, we spent over $400. Would never go back here.
True tree farm / nursery with experienced excellent service and good prices 😊
Happy that we could find a "root ball" tree for replanting after we enjoy it as our Christmas tree.
This was always our go to for Christmas trees because they’ve been the best priced. Well that’s no longer the case. Same price as candle tree farm $84 after tax for some of the most Charlie Brown looking Christmas trees. We will looks elsewhere next year.
