I have had the opportunity to use Richard on 2 projects to date with at least 1 more in the wings. 1st project was a shifting issue on a Buick Ranier. I had heard about Richards services so I gave him a call. He asked if I wanted him to come look at it now and I said of course. He showed up a few minutes later crawled under the car diagnosed the problem picked up the parts and was done in under an hour without me having to leave my house.
