Went in struggling with lingering issues from a surgery. Facility was amazing and staff helped me tremendously.
While the equipment is great and the workouts are well-designed, Godspeed is a gym that prides itself on accountability and relationships. Unfortunately, Godspeed has seen a decline overall in accountability and support with the dispersal of some of its coaches this past year. At the renewal of my contract, I experienced some life changes that prevented me from working out for about 2 months, yet the coaches at Godspeed did not follow up or reach out. I wouldn't trust them to walk my dog, much less ever train me again. Also, I would be hesitant to consider their positive reviews on here because during my time training there, I was offered a free t-shirt to leave a positive Google review. I am a world class athlete that has been fortunate to represent Team U.S.A. at the highest level. Also, I am all but dissertation for a Ph.D. in performance psychology.
