Always a bit long, even with a appointment. Sometimes they make their own daycabs unhook their trailer in the only door we have to drop off our load, and make us wait one more hour. No parking overnight. I like the staff though. But they need to do somethings in order to cut the waiting time in the morning. I can't make money because of enterprises like this because I'm loosing 2 hours minimum each time for delivering 5 pallets. Avoid if you can.
What's up drivers let's not complain about this facility everything was built around this company and it has grown over the years. Everyone was pleasant it takes longer to back into the dock door than it does to get unloaded. But we are the professionals.Let's conduct ourselves that way. Always a very long wait. 2 to 4 hours. Sometimes they make their own daycabs unhook their trailer in the only door we have to drop off our load, and make us wait one more hour. Very tight place to back up since there's construction in the building. They put two containers side by side in the alley. It's used to be tight but now it's a no respect for truckers who delivers here. No parking overnight. One star for the staff. I can't make money because of enterprises like this. Avoid if you can.
The worst experience ever! I arrived here with a dry van, and there is no dock available. The worker just took the paperwork without explaining anything and didn’t even bother to help me park. I’ve been stuck here since 7 AM, and it’s now 10 AM, and they still haven’t even come to get their own freight! This is by far the worst workplace I have ever seen. A serious warning to all drivers: if you have a dry van, call your dispatcher in advance to ensure you get assistance. The situation here is absolutely terrible!
