I went there for eye brows and nose wax. I love the service they provided. Nice service, polite communication makes me feel going there again.

I chose Cleopatra Beauty Lounge because of the great reviews. I was able to get in right away for a brow and lash tint. There was no introduction, she did not ask me about tint colors-no customer service. I had eye makeup on because I had been running errands. You would think that a lash and brow place would have make up remover!? Nope. I was given tiny cotton ball after tiny cotton ball with a couple sprays of water on it.
