I absolutely love Godley Station Dental! Dr. Hatch is so educated and professional! She’s very gentle as well and has top tier bed side manner! Dr. Hatch also injects my lips! She is so gentle! I always love my results! Liz is a whole vibe! Elizabeth is her real name I believe. She was so friendly and informative! She was so gentle with my mouth! Mrs. Pam is also so kind and professional! She gave me the most friendly follow up call! That woman has years of experience under her belt and made me feel so welcome!
Very caring and efficient. Every possible thing to make you comfortable in the chair is offered. They do not push expensive procedures and present all options with pros and cons.
Very disappointed. I have been a patient for several years, love Dr Hatch. My daughter recently had an appointment at 3pm for her cleaning, I received the text reminder, completed the patient update forms electronically assuming that was confirmation. I even received a text that morning around 11am stating they look forward to seeing her. Let’s just say I think the dental hygienist care more, are more intelligent, and preformed better work than the dentist there. He’s lazy and would rather send you away than try anything the dental hygienist recommended.
From the moment I called to make an appointment to walking in for my tooth infection checkup, the service was excellent. Their X-ray machines are top-notch and felt much more comfortable than any of the previous ones I’ve used.
