Our family has had positive experiences with Dr. Haupt, Dr. Michael and Dr. Howes. Dr. Michael is great with our dog Shelby. He always takes his time to listen and offers solutions with detailed explanations. He is compassionate and wonderful to work with. Dr. Howes spent lots of time on the phone and in office with me discussing my cat Sassy. He and Dr. Haupt's compassion dealing with the death of our beloved 17 year old kitty meant the world to us. Everyone was so friendly and caring. Our appt was at 8am and they had us out in 40mins. Best pet hospital so glad I made the switch from Banfield!
