I had a 99 Camaro SS with a supercharged LS1 making 520 RWHP and Moser 12 bolt rear end with 3.90 gears. Blew the stock 4L60E auto within a week making that power on that stock weak transmission. Took forever to get the truck back, they left the windows down outside and the interior was damp and covered in mold, and on top of that it shifted nothing like the original trans. It dumped its fluid around 4 months later. They would not honor their warranty insisting that I hot-rodded it. Five stars if you are looking for an excuse factory. Avoid Godley.
I had a transmission built but Godley 25 years ago and loved it. Fast forward to 2025 and just had him build me another. Still loving it. Best transmission builder in south Ga hands down. Very pleased customer here and will definitely be back for any future needs. Thank you Godley Performance Transmission.
