I enjoy my experience with Godin properties I have nothing bad to say about this managment
I think they are a wonderful family run business.
Long time renting from the company, But they have been jacking up the rent, Plus the Great Service they used to offer has gotten down, if you need repairs it takes too long. When we moved, AC was working, part of the deal, but in the last 3 years, the AC unit stopped cooling off. I requested to be fixed, but the “technician”only cleaned the filter. I offered to pay for repairs or replace, And they could do the labor, they said NO. So we had to invest in 2 Portable AC units. We called them about a deal, they said Will call ba... read more
