If you need propane and they tell you a really high amount and it doesn’t add up to the price per gallon and you confront them they will tell you to call another propane company!!!
Bought a home needing propane, call them and even though I plan for a few days of wait they are able to make it same day.
Great until you have a problem. Then they like to pass the buck. Policies are inforced on a case-by-case, or how they feel at the moment. Service since 2009 and now they require additions to the supply line that they haven't required before. Seems like they are avoiding a commitment for a credit on the "next" fill-up. Kieth made it clear that he has the final say and they don't need the business when he hung up on me for questioning his excuse for not servicing. Turns out there are other propane companies.
I believe they were the 1st to service me out in my 1st home, did the leak check and made sure everything was good to go. Fast forward to today, we ran out of gas on short notice we called Godfrey and they did they're best to come out to service us with propane and I'm very appreciative for that. I will be using Godfrey everything from now on. Great quality and prompt service!
They cant fill bottles here don't waste your time. Edit: It is 9/25/24 and they still cant fill bottles here. My original review was 9 months ago. The service was down for more than a year before that. I doubt they plan on fixing it. The lady was very nice when she told me no though.
