Dr Mark is one of the best doctors I’ve had in my 53 years! He’s very patient, actually talks with me about things that concern me and doesn’t in any way belittle my thoughts and fears. In addition, the staff is amazing, from the front desk to the billing department. Karen, Dr Marks assistant.. what can I say, it’s an ease and a joy to deal with and works very hard to make sure everyone is taken care of. I appreciate all that she does.
Dr. Mark is the saving grace in my life. I have never dealt with a nicer or more compassionate doctor. His nurse, Karen, is amazing as well. I drive over an hour each visit to see him but it’s well worth it. I couldn’t sing the praises of this office more! If you’re coming to Urban Family, make your appointment with Doctor Mark.
Dr Godfrey is an amazing doctor. He takes his time, is knowledgeable, friendly, and will answers any questions. The older woman at the front check in desk is rude and isn’t very good at her job.
Dr. Mark maybe a great doctor but you may not get a chance to find out due the front office staff. They asked that show up thirty minutes early to fill out paper work which I did. Signed in at 8:26 with no one’s name on list above mine 2 patients were filling out paper work on tablets. Waited 15 minutes, being a new patient not sure if I missed something I walk back up to desk and asked if I need to fill out paperwork because another gentlemen came in a few minutes after me was given paper work to fill out. I went to Urban Family Practice for my annual physical yesterday. It's cool that they check your comfort level before asking to do invasive things. Everyone is super friendly and I would highly recommend them to my family and friends. Charle' Cameron, PA was awesome! Please do not hesitate to ask for her. Keep up the great work!
