If I could give a review with zero stars I would. Ever since this practice came under the control of Baptist Health it is IMPOSSIBLE to ever reach anyone actually in the office regarding prescriptions or care following an emergency. My grandfather broke his tailbone and declined any pain prescriptions from the ER doctor because he wanted to consult with Dr. Godfrey first to prevent any issues with his existing conditions/medications.
