Came in at 5:15 for the buffet. Half the seating was blocked off for "Reserved". There was only 1 other person having the buffet. I didnt want to sit right next to somebody so I chose a booth away from him. As soon as I sat down I was asked by management to sit on the other side because he was going to pull the tables out. You're having a buffet time & half the area is blocked off and NOW you decide to vacuum. Pretty sure that could have been done earlier. We went to Godfathers for our sons birthday lunch on 1-21-17 Food was amazing, lots of chicken, everything was fresh and great customer service. Tyler was great at picking up empty plates and making sure we had what we needed😋
I ordered a pizza at 5:35pm & was told it would be 30 minutes. Went to the drive thru at 6:04pm to be told I was 20 minutes early for my order. I said I'd come back as someone was behind me. I came back 10 minutes later to wait at the window while 3 different people looked at me but didn't come to the window. Then a person I assume was the manager came to the window to tell me his problems of didn't know why the person had told me 30 minutes because they were extremely busy and it would be at least another 5 minutes. Hi Tino, please accept our apologies for the late notification and inconvenience - we did close today at 2 p.m. for our annual holiday party. We will be back tomorrow during our regular hours.
They like to close up the buffet early and vacume when there is customers eating. This has happened twice to us in less than a weeks time. This time the food also tasted as if it had been out for way to long.
