The people are wonderful. They will help you if you have any issues. They have walked us through on how to view the recording on the dvr and was patient with us. We have had no problems with the camera's.
I purchased a HD camera system at the end of last year and have been completely satisfied with the system. I can access my cameras from my phone so I can watch any activity at my home. I specifically got the system to observe my nanny while she is taking care of my child and my home.
