The service provider named Ken, was incredibly unprofessional with his lack of communication and response! I hired his pest control services for quarterly treatments, but only received one! Even after calling for several weeks to remind him of the treatment he was supposed to provide, I kept giving excuses until he gave me a day that he never showed up on. Hired him for my moms house, cancelled appointments after payment on first treatment then ignores calls and texts also referred to someone and he took their payment and did the same to them. Tried supporting local guy and got ripped off!
Ken stole $1000 from me. Paid him $750 in advance for 3 treatments. Came two times over the whole summer. Then he charged me a second $750 the same fall and said it was for his annual program. I never agreed to annual program plus he stiffed me on one of my treatments. Went dark after the second charge and now won't return my calls or refund my money. Stay away!!!
Paid them $150 for an extermination service in October of 2021. In April of 2022 they randomly charged me an additional $250. I reached out to them for an explanation and was told they mistakenly signed me up for a yearly service and would promptly refund the charge. It has now been 6 months and I still have not received my refund. Repeated attempts to contact them have gone ignored. This is completely unacceptable.
