This is the 2nd time we have brought our daughter’s Civic to Goderich Honda from London for warranty work. Both times, we have been thrilled with the quality of work and customer focus. Untrustworthy and very ignorant
Awful experience. The GM and the head mechanic were both disrespectful and rude.

Truck in for the top tier detailing package. Still dirty outside and inside is just spray shine sprayed and oversprayed everywhere with pools in the cupholders, on the mats everywhere. This is over the existing dirt. Cluster is dripping with sprayed protectant liquid. Absolutely stunned how bad it is. Cancelled my second truck
