I placed an order before Christmas and has yet to receive it. I’ve tried calling, direct message, email and left a voicemail. Unable to contact a live person. I had ordered a gift after that order for someone and they received it. When I inquired about my missing order I kept getting automated messages saying they can prove that I did receive the package. I have been buying their products for over 5 years now and I’m extremely disappointed in the customer service and shipping. From being completely ignored to not even so much as receiving a tracking number for things I ordered weeks ago …. it’s unacceptable to treat your customers this way. There are so many yoni places with better services and shipping for this to be tolerated. I have always told my friends to try their products too but a business that does not value its customers… it’s a no from me sis

I originally ordered the sample dupe oils. They were very fragrant, received compliments, and lasted most of the day. I then ordered the full sizes in all five fragrances, Addiction, Seduction, Romance, That Girl and Heaven. Unfortunately, the full sizes are not as frangrant and do not last. Especially that girl and seduction. Which is disappointing. Maybe they were from a bad batch. Before discovering this I ordered the Exotic Chicken n the sample size which smells amazing. I hope i have better luck with the full size of it... read more
