I got a basic mani Monday afternoon, by Tuesday they were already chipped and peeling This is to show the time stamp of photos taken that it was seriously one day later. Unfortunately, my email communication with them hasn't been working. The girl was very nice and the place didn't have the chemical smell of other salons which I appreciate. I’m not sure what I would call the experience I had at this place last night. First off I was told to put my card on file before any service can be performed… which was a bit odd but I went along with it anyways. Just to come and see two girls who came after me received their services and paid at the end…. Of course my Nail Tech was also New “first day” I had chosen the color black but why did my Nail technician kept colouring my nail over and over despite knowing the nail paint is empty. Jobeth—believe is the manager…poor customer experience with Goddess I’ve been coming to W nailbar/Goddess for several, several years. I booked an appt for full gel removal/ext and pumpkin scrub w/ gel ext at 7:30p appt{Saturday evening} and she did not service me due to time restraint. she stated-she need additional 30 minutes, however, your system booked the service and the receptionist checked me in as well. Now, that was extremely poor service. #mustdobetter
Angel is the best!! I’ve been seeing her every 3 weeks for over a year. She gives me the best suggestions and my nails always look amazing and stay healthy (get luminary). Here are a few examples :)
