I’ve been coming to W Nail Bar for about a year and a half. Adilyn does a great job on my manicures. She is thorough, fixing any small issues and my manicures last. The salon is clean, and I appreciate the jet free pedicure. The recent updates to the chairs are also a big improvement.
The worst pedicure experience I’ve ever had. All they did was soak my feet in blue-colored water. Then the technician barely dried them, applied what I think was some oil, and used a pumice stone for less than a minute without removing any dead skin. Right after that, she was ready to start applying the gel polish. I told her I didn’t want to continue and that I was leaving because the service was not what I expected.
