I got a basic gel manicure with just one solid color. The manicure was very messy with gel skin cured onto my skin on multiple fingers. Multiple nails were also flooded by either top coat or base coat. The best they offered me was 20% off my next visit when I contacted support. I was refused a refund. I could have done a better job at home.

I will no longer be using W nail bar. During Valentine’s weekend, I booked an appt at a location. I went in the nail salon and they cancelled on me. They got me another appt with a rising star tech (in training) 3 hours later. It was an inconvenience because I scheduled at 11 due to having 4:30 reservations. Due to lack of time at last appt, I scheduled for this weekend. Inconvenient, again, due to the cancellation when I arrived to the salon LAST week.
