Kyliegh always does a fabulous job at the W Nail Bar. She is meticulous and focuses on pleasing her customers. I am never disappointed with her talent and ability on making my nails look great!!
Booked over the phone telling them gel x nails with French tips, failed to tell us that was considered nail art and an extra cost when anywhere I’ve ever gone to get that done, it’s not extra. Then tried to pay with cash only to be told they ONLY take card BUT there’s a 3% fee for using your card. The tech put one nail on crooked then tried to file it to “fix it” & I had to ask for it to be redone or else she would have left it like that.
