I am incredibly disappointed with my recent experience at the Bridge Park location. I received a Gel-X set on June 6th, and within two weeks, all of my nails had completely come off or lifted. Gel-X is a premium service that typically lasts 3 to 4 weeks, so this set did not meet expectations. I called customer support and was instructed to email photos of my 10 nails, which I did immediately. I’ll start positive and explain. My mom, sis and I all booked pedis for a late mother’s days present. My girl and my mom‘s were very sweet to be around, but pretty much everyone else they treated us like we were just taking up space and were extremely rude. During the entire appointment, All of the other girls Were giving us dirty looks and were extremely rude about us sitting in the chairs after our pedicures were done. Got a standard pedicure and it came out quite streaky and not clean. Overpaid for an unskilled worker but she was nice so ended up tipping. Would not recommend this place
The call line close at 6 but they are open to 9 PM and I wasted my time going up there for them to act old they couldn’t do a pedicure a hour before they close. They pick and choose who they feel like servicing if you are not white don’t bother going up here!
