Been there twice, their timing is poor, you pick one stylist they give you another. Such a shame spent 5 hours today just to loc and retwist.
I have tried my best to refrain from giving this shop negative reviews but enough is enough. The first time I made an appointment upon my arrival the gate was down. Turns out the stylist supposedly had some sort of appointment. Okay, I get that emergencies come up, but why not call me before drive all the way here????!!!!! Upon rescheduling my appointment the receptionist informs me that I have to purchase the hair from their shop. Sorry, no!
