Danie and Alla were amazing for hair and makeup! The morning of my wedding, I woke up with my skin very irritated and itchy eyes. I was stressed, but Danie used products on my skin that felt very soothing. I normally don’t wear makeup, but felt sooooo beautiful for the big day! My girls looked amazing and they were so friendly the whole morning. We started and finished perfectly on time! Couldn’t have asked for a better team. 2 days later, and my hair is still pinned up because I love it so much!
Do not book if you want vague answers, for the company to assign you your HMUA who says they have a decade of experience yet could not send you examples of work they have recently done, and for the hairstylist to be switched out on you without being told.. First, I thought that booking a company that assigns you an artists would take one thing off my plate for wedding planning. I was wrong. Brianna was our lead MUA/hair stylist and I was thrilled with her work. I absolutely loved my bridal makeup and hair. She went above and beyond for my bridal party too. I had initially booked dry styles, but she worked fast enough to give everyone up dos instead, which my bridesmaids loved! Thanks again!
I recently had a disappointing experience with glamour goddess. Despite giving them four and a half months' notice to cancel my appointment, they refused to provide a refund. While I understand that businesses need policies, I believe that with such ample notice, some flexibility should be expected. This lack of accommodation has left me quite dissatisfied and unfortunately unable to recommend their services to my friends that are getting married in the next year.
