100 percent satisfied!! OMG! Kiy is so amazing! From the ambiance of her suite, to her super positive energy and professionalism! She gave a very thorough consultation and ensured I was satisfied during the entire process of hair service. She explained what state my hair was in and what it needed! such a genuine soul! Shakiyla provided services for my recent wedding. I’ve been going to her myself for years, so I wouldn’t trust anyone else for my big day. Shakiyla was so sweet and personable, and she did a great job on my hair. She was very thorough with the shampooing and very gentle and careful with the detangling. That’s a huge plus for me, because in my experience, most stylists/assistants don’t take the time to give my hair that extra TLC (My hair is thick and very tangly). The ladies I saw leaving before I went in had healthy flowing hair, which to me, shows the pride she takes in the care of her clients’ hair.
