I had an issue initially where the consultation I had scheduled online didn't go well - front door was locked, didn't know how to get in, didn't know who to call or contact, none of my emails were being answered... I ended up having to wait outside until someone else went in so I could wait somewhere that wasn't the sweltering heat. The technicians are kind enough. But the facility has policies that I would consider to be very unethical and could easily be taken advantage of. I totally get their appointments are important regarding thier revenue, but charging 100% for a missed appointment is wild and there are plenty of other locations that don't have policies like this.
