We have worked with Godden Sudik on multiple personal custom homes with the latest being a remodel. They have exceeded our expectations and have been able to guide the design with their thoughtfulness and expertise. Through the build process they are also working with our builder to ensure the design comes out as intended.

I wasn’t impressed. We already had a plan they designed and they modified it for us. They charged over $25,000 for that. They charged us $4000 for plans for an accessory garage that is basically a rectangle. The attention to detail was poor and I am reminded of that every time I walk into my mudroom. They only put a light switch when walking into the mudroom from the garage but not when entering the kitchen so every time I want to turn the light in there on or off, I have to walk all the way through the mudroom.
