Goddard Construction damaged my property next door to a property they were doing construction on. When I brought it to the owner's attention he was immediately rude and condescending. They often work on days they are not permitted to such as sunday which is challenging to report. Their workers often dumped trash on my property and the owner did not care. For your neighbors sake dont work with this company.
Goddard completed a deck installation and bathroom renovation for us and the crew did great work. Foreman (Edwin) was extremely responsive and helpful. My past experiences with builders in Nashville have not been very positive, but Paul and Edwin (and Deborah in the office) were all great to work with. The workers and subs were all friendly and eager to please. Their response time was quick, and the open communication was superb. Highly recommended.
