I’ve had a great experience with this office—everyone has been incredibly helpful and kind throughout my treatment. Any questions I had were answered clearly, and any billing concerns were quickly taken care of. The team is always warm and welcoming, which made a big difference in my overall experience.
I am a PMHNP student, and Ms. Elizabeth ( I call her this way instead of her last name) is a psychiatric practitioner who precepted me last fall. I worked closely with her during my clinical hours and observed how she sees her clients. Ms. Elizabeth is caring, empathetic, and knowledgeable and takes the time to listen and give a treatment plan per clients’ needs.
