I've been seeing Kevin for about 4 years on and off and he always does a great job! The hair cut is always EXACTLY as I want it and he always makes sure that your hair is as you want it. Most recently, I came because I tried another hair dresser that I found on TikTok (mistake, should've never done that, and will never do that again) who completely butchered my hair (literally). I would definitely recommend this salon. Jacky did my hair and he did an amazing job. He took the time to make sure I was getting the style/hair I was looking for. The other staff were helpful as well. My hair felt amazing after all the care that was taken. All the products used smelled amazing and made me want to buy them all lol definitely will be returning. And will be my new go to salon.
I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. The receptionist was extremely unprofessional —while I was standing at the front desk and speaking to her, she answered the phone and made me wait over 10 minutes without acknowledgment. The pricing is way too high for the poor quality of service they provide. Most concerning of all, the hairstylist completely damaged my hairit was burned and dry after the service, and I’m now having to repair it elsewhere.
