The goCore is a step forward in the progression of equipment for strength and conditioning. The slide not only conforms comfortably to t he users body proportions it also leverages the users body. Great product for body weight resistance exercises and alternative to running. Lunges with hand weights my favourite for quads as the knees get older. So many options to explore and easy to store and move around to wherever you want to train.
