7-21-25 - Update to the below review.... July 3rd, upstairs unit was not cooling. Called with the anticipation not a chance in hell we would get a tech with weekend demand. Erik was here within a few hours and resolved the problem so the upstairs room, a dormitory for the grandsons, would be cool. Erik did a follow up today, July 21 to install the replacement part that was needed to permanently correct the initial problem.
