We've been using Gochnauer to service our homes over 15 years. I especially like that you get the same technician every time. Dominick and Brandon gave us a detailed report for us when they were finished. Explained what we need to look for and when to call. They always arrive on time. Scheduling is very easy thru the office. Congratulations to Brandon for nearing the end of his certification training. He had a great mentor. Thank you!

We had our first AC maintenance appointment with Gochnauer AC & Heating this morning. Prior to today, they responded to an emergency call within a few hours. Erik was our technician for today’s visit and did a great job. He and an associate were pleasant, prompt and thorough. They were even able to make a repair same day- avoiding having to reschedule and wait for them to come back. So glad we choose Gochnauer for our maintenance contract! Thank you!
Eric was terrific. We have geothermal system that requires specialized expertise and he was able to diagnose the problem, source the needed part, and get it repaired very quickly. In addition, the HVAC unit is located in a small attic space that is both hot and cramped. Eric was able to work through these challenges without a problem.
