We had a great experience with the Gochnauer team!! Erik Decker diagnosed our HVAC issues and followed up with quality control; Luis and Brandon completed an excellent installation for us too.
They consistently deliver. Most recently our AC stopped working. Steve was quick diagnosing the problem and Dominick did a great job installing the new fan. Highly recommend!

We have purchased a unit in 2011 from Gochnauser which has exceeded all expectations. Twice yearly service contract is wonderful.Recently Noah did the inspection,but every employee we have had contact with since 2011 has been thorough, on time, and conscientious.
