Mona was not timely in communication, condescending and charged me an additional amount at close, which I was forced to pay. She was then rude when I asked for an explanation about the process and why the additional charge. I would NOT recommend this lawyer. Closing on your home is n emotional time and there was no compassion or care from this lawyer, she was harsh and abrupt.
I worked with Mona while putting in an offer for a condo. she was professional, reliable, and guided me through the process clearly, which made everything much easier to understand and take an informed decision. I appreciated her support.
Mona was once again instrumental in handling our house closings. From initiation to final close she was extremely helpful and thorough handling our transactions and keeping us in the loop at all stages. We highly recommend Mona and her team!
Dealing with Mona and her team was pleasurable she is very understanding she always asked how I and the family were. She delt with my situation truthfully and gave her thoughts when I asked . I do not recommend her. Initially, she was polite and responsive, but after hiring her, communication became inconsistent and delayed. When the transaction became more complex, her attitude turned unprofessional and unnecessarily harsh (she was extremely, extremely rude).
